Hip & knee
The hip and knee are two key joints in the mobility and stability of the body. When injury or degeneration occurs in these areas, it can lead to pain, loss of strength or difficulty walking, significantly affecting quality of life.
In the hip, The most common causes of consultation include femoroacetabular impingement, the gluteal tendinopathies, the trochanteric bursitis or the first signs of osteoarthritis. In active or sporty patients, osteoarthritis is also common. muscular injuries and labrum.
In the knee, I treat injuries such as meniscal tears, ligament injuries (such as from the LCA or LCM), chondropathies y arthrosis, as well as tendon overloads or sports-related aches and pains.
Treatment is tailored to each case and may include targeted rehabilitation, infiltrations, biological therapies or, where indicated, techniques minimally invasive surgical procedures such as arthroscopy.
